1.1 Parties. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between the player ("you," "Player," or "User") and gamspk ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gamspk.com and its associated subdomains and mobile applications.
1.2 Governing Agreement. This Agreement governs all access to and use of the gamspk platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, bonus claims, customer support interactions, and any other activity conducted through or in connection with the gamspk platform.
1.3 Acceptance. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the gamspk platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with gamspk's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
1.4 Language. This Agreement is provided in the English language. In the event of any conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
1.5 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
2.1 Minimum Age. Access to and use of the gamspk platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gamspk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the gamspk platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. gamspk makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and shall indemnify gamspk against any resulting legal consequences.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.
2.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one gamspk account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. gamspk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds held therein.
2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). gamspk operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and evidence of your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gamspk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gamspk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gamspk's support team immediately via live chat or email. gamspk may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised access.
3.3 Account Currency. All gamspk accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagering requirements, and bonus values are stated in PKR unless expressly indicated otherwise.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. gamspk reserves the right to levy an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month on inactive accounts after a thirty (30) day written notice period. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the applicable notice period.
3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your gamspk account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no outstanding wagering conditions remain.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gamspk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT on the TRC20 network. gamspk reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. gamspk reserves the right to amend these thresholds at its discretion, with changes communicated to players via the platform.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and Raast are typically credited to your gamspk PKR wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to two (2) business hours to process. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by the gamspk finance team during standard operating hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard operating hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next business period.
4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your gamspk account must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. gamspk reserves the right to return deposits believed to originate from third-party sources and to request evidence of fund ownership.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. gamspk is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. gamspk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing and to report suspicious account activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any funds identified as proceeds of criminal activity will be reported and/or confiscated.
Note on Fees: gamspk does not charge any platform-side fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as JazzCash or EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges independently. gamspk is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses and promotional offers issued by gamspk are available to eligible registered players only. gamspk reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion and to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to a gamspk account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and any game contribution weightings are set out in the specific terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for gamspk welcome and reload bonuses is thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom will expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period stated in the promotion's individual terms. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.
5.4 Abuse of Promotions. gamspk operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Conduct that gamspk determines, at its sole discretion, to constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play; and systematic exploitation of free bets or free spins offers. gamspk reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close accounts involved in promotional abuse.
5.5 Promotional Changes. gamspk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts, provided no abuse is identified.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets and wagers placed on the gamspk platform are subject to gamspk's acceptance. gamspk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets that appear to be based on inside information, or bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
6.2 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the gamspk sportsbook are subject to change without notice until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked for that transaction. gamspk reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds display and to void bets placed at incorrect prices.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the gamspk platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary by game type, market, player tier, or ongoing promotion. gamspk reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits at its discretion.
7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. gamspk is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable recreational activity. We actively support players who wish to manage or limit their gaming activity.
7.2 Deposit and Loss Limits. Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits directly from within their gamspk account settings. Once a limit has been set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
7.3 Session Time Controls. Players may activate session time reminders and automatic logout features through their account settings. These tools alert players when they have been actively engaged with the platform for a specified duration.
7.4 Self-Exclusion. Any player who wishes to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to a permanent lifetime exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, a player's account will be suspended and the player will be blocked from creating new accounts. gamspk will use reasonable endeavours to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform.

8.1 General Prohibitions. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with the gamspk platform:
8.2 Consequences. Any breach of the prohibitions set out in Clause 8.1 will result, at minimum, in immediate suspension of your gamspk account pending investigation. Upon completion of the investigation, gamspk may permanently close your account, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawal requests pending a determination of the applicable consequences. gamspk reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of prohibited conduct that causes loss or damage to the Company or any third party.
9.1 Ownership. All content appearing on the gamspk platform, including but not limited to the gamspk name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, graphics, interface designs, software, source code, game content, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property ("Platform Content"), is owned by or licensed to gamspk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. gamspk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use of the gamspk platform in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, copy, mirror, frame, or otherwise extract any content from the gamspk platform without prior written consent from the Company. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.
10.1 Platform Availability. gamspk endeavours to maintain continuous and uninterrupted availability of the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will always be accessible. Scheduled or emergency maintenance periods, third-party outages, or events beyond gamspk's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. gamspk shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gamspk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the gamspk platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if gamspk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, gamspk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your gamspk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. gamspk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond gamspk's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyber attacks.
11.1 Termination by gamspk. gamspk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a regulatory directive, or any other circumstance that gamspk determines, in its sole discretion, warrants such action.
11.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account, any active bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be voided immediately. Pending withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed or declined in accordance with the circumstances of the termination. Where termination results from a breach of this Agreement attributable to the player, gamspk reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account.
11.3 Termination by Player. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting gamspk support. All verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any active bonus wagering conditions or pending investigations.
12.1 Right to Amend. gamspk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. gamspk will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or on-platform notification.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the gamspk platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 12.3 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gamspk holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the gamspk dispute resolution process shall be referred to the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction.
